Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team in a lively pub environment. You’ll prep, create and bring our pub menu to life, learning new skills and owning a section of the kitchen as you grow.

There’s a clear path to progression, with internal career pathways aimed at developing you toward Sous Chef roles. We welcome passionate individuals who enjoy delivering great, hot food on every service and who thrive in a team setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP
• Know or be willing to learn about kitchen areas and procedures
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Help to support the kitchen team with day-to-day running
• Passion to deliver great, hot food to spec
