Exclusive Collection’s The Latymer at Pennyhill Park in Bagshot, Surrey, invites a passionate Commis Chef to join its award-winning brigade. You will support senior chefs, learn skills in a Michelin-starred kitchen, and contribute to exceptional dining experiences in one of the UK’s finest fine dining kitchens.

Formación

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Strong passion for food and culinary excellence.
• Excellent teamwork and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Support the senior chefs in the preparation and delivery of exceptional dishes
• Learn and develop the skills required to work within a Michelin‑starred kitchen environment
• Prepare ingredients and assist with mise en place to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Maintain the highest standards of food preparation, presentation and cleanliness
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and COSHH procedures and standards
• Take pride in your section and support the wider brigade during service
• Assist with stock rotation, storage and minimising food waste
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to culinary excellence
