Marston’s plc is seeking a Commis Chef to join our busy pub kitchen in Inverness. You will prep, create and bring our menu to life, learning new skills and taking ownership of a section of the kitchen.

We offer a pathway to develop towards Sous Chef, with a strong emphasis on delivering great, hot food to spec and working as part of a friendly team. A genuine opportunity to grow within Marston’s family.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar chef role or as a KP/ Kitchen Porter.
• Willingness to learn kitchen areas and procedures.
• Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bring the pub menu to life.
• Learn prepping skills and contribute to cooking a meal from start to finish.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running and tasks.
• Deliver hot, high-quality food to spec every time.
