Marston’s pub company is seeking a Commis Chef to join the team and help prep, create and bring the menu to life. You’ll learn kitchen areas and procedures, working within a supportive team in a fast-paced environment to deliver hot food to spec.

You’ll be involved in daily prep, learn new skills, and have opportunities to progress toward Sous Chef through the internal DNA career pathway and apprenticeships. Join us and grow your culinary career.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.

Responsabilités

• Prep, create and bring the pub menu to life.
• Assist with day-to-day kitchen operations to ensure smooth service.
• Work as part of a busy kitchen team to maintain high standards.
