Pal e9 Hall, a luxury country house hotel near Snowdonia, is seeking a Commis Chef/Chef De Partie to join a Three AA Rosette kitchen on its path to Michelin recognition. You will work alongside Luke Selby in a fine dining environment that values commitment, enthusiasm and a drive to learn and grow within a supportive team.

The role offers a full-time permanent contract with five days over seven, meals on duty, share of gratuities, onsite parking and generous employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-quality kitchen is beneficial.
• Good personal presentation and hygiene are essential.
• Passion for fine dining and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• To ensure your station and surrounding areas are clean and set up in the appropriate manner.
• General mise en place to produce well presented food of a high quality.
• To help ensure that stock is managed to a consistent level and rotated accordingly.
• To help manage stock effectively in order to minimise waste.
• If required, to ensure temperatures are taken in accordance with food policy.
• Company and statutory requirements to be met at all times.

As one of Wales AA Five Red Star hotels, holding Three AA Rosettes, Pal e9 Hall offers exceptional dining across its fine dining restaurant, with menus centred on seasonal, locally sourced produce.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commis Chef/Chef De Partie to develop their career while working alongside Luke Selby, within a Three AA Rosette kitchen well on its way to Michelin Star recognition.
