Copthorne Hotel Cardiff-Caerdydd is seeking a Commis Chef to join a busy kitchen team. You’ll support kitchen operations and help deliver high-quality dishes under pressure, with training provided for capable staff. This is a physical role with weekend/nights shifts and a focus on HACCP and food safety.

With a ready to 'hit the ground running' attitude, you'll be capable of supporting the kitchen to consistently produce top quality dishes under pressure.
