Job summary

Telford Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is looking for a Commis or Chef De Partie to join our busy kitchen. You will prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes and collaborate with service teams to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

You’ll stay updated on menu changes while upholding kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards, working as part of a talented team in a 4* hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Commis or Chef De Partie in a high-volume operation.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• In-depth knowledge of all kitchen sections.
• Able to work collaboratively as a team.

Responsibilities

What will I do?

Responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes. You will work closely with the service teams ensuring our guests have a great dining experience, whilst keeping up to date with all central menu changes and overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen and food safety standards.
