Job summary

Marston’s is looking for a Commis Chef to join our team. Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life, with opportunities to learn new prepping skills, bringing a meal to life for the first time, and owning a section of the kitchen.

As a Commis Chef, you’ll grow your career and develop skills that you can take home. We’ll support you through our internal career pathway, DNA, with the goal of becoming a Sous Chef.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time

Responsibilities

• Assist in prepping and bringing the pub menu to life
• Own a section of the kitchen and maintain prep lists
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running and hygiene standards

Skills
