Job summary

Little Owl in Chester is looking for a Commis Chef to join our team and help prep, create and bring our pub menu to life.

You’ll learn new prep skills, own a section of the kitchen, and have the chance to grow toward Sous Chef through Marston’s DNA pathway. We offer flexible and part-time hours, a supportive team, and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life.
• Assist in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Support the kitchen team and uphold food quality and hygiene.
