Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Commis Chef to join our pub kitchen and help prep, create and bring our menu to life. You’ll learn, grow and own a section of the kitchen while delivering hot food to spec in a fast-paced team.

You’ll gain real career progression through our internal DNA pathway, with opportunities to advance toward Sous Chef while enjoying benefits that include staff discounts and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or as an experienced KP.
• Willingness to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring the pub menu to life.
• Support kitchen team with day-to-day running.
• Own a section of the kitchen and ensure food is produced to spec.

As Commis Chef:There’s plenty to get involved with whilst growing your career and developing skills that you can take home.
