Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Commis Chef for an established FM Service Provider in Plymouth. The role offers an immediate start, working Monday to Thursday, with flexible hours. Candidates must have an NVQ Level 2 in Culinary and a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate to maintain high food quality and hygiene standards, working alongside the head chef and front of house service.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Food and Hygiene Certificate required.
• Proven track record as a Chef.
• Experience with HACCP & Health & Safety Legislation.

Responsibilities

• Full knowledge of all menu items served.
• Maintain highest standards in food hygiene and service.
• Be a proactive member of the kitchen team.

• Monday toThursday
• 09:00am to 14:00pm
• Temp to perm
• Immediate start

Requirements

NVQ Level 2 Culinary or equivalent, Food hygiene certificate – Level 2Key Responsibilities

• Full knowledge of all menu items served
• Maintenance of food quality and brand standards
• Discussing ideas or improvements with line manager
• Undertake relevant training as required
• Maintain highest standards in food hygiene, service & presentation (HACCP & Health & Safety Legislation)
• Have a good knowledge of menu preparation
• Consistently producing high quality food
• Be a proactive member of the kitchen team working alongside head chef
• Be involved in the Front of House Service
• Allergen Trained
