Job summary

Marston's PLC is looking for a Commis Chef to join our pub kitchen team. You’ll prep, create and bring our pub menu to life, learning new skills and owning a section of the kitchen as you develop your career.

You’ll work in a fast-paced team, delivering great, hot food to spec and taking part in our internal career pathway to grow toward Sous Chef. We offer a supportive, people-first environment with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Willing to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team.
• Passion to deliver great, hot food to spec.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to spec.
• Learn prep skills and contribute to daily kitchen operations.
• Take ownership of a section of the kitchen as you grow in your role.
