Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a passionate Commis to join our kitchen team. As part of a cosy pub and brasserie group, you will follow recipes, prep and contribute to fresh, seasonal dishes in a busy kitchen.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of service experience and basic knife skills; you will work with others to maintain high standards. We offer training, progression and benefits including TRONC, referral bonus and staff discounts.
