Job summary

Heartwood Collection is recruiting a Commis to join our kitchen team. You will follow recipes, support a busy service, and contribute to consistent quality across our pub and brasserie brand. About You:

• Have an interest in great quality food, keen to develop and have high standards


• Be an integral part of the kitchen team, follow recipes and work with others


• 1-2 years experience in a service setting and basic knife skills and knowledge of prep and fresh food
