Job summary

The Godolphin in Marazion is seeking a proactive Commis Chef to join our busy kitchen. You will assist with food preparation and work closely with the team to ensure every dish meets our standards.

If you’re well organised, adaptable and passionate about delivering quality food, you’ll thrive in this role and have opportunities for training and progression within our pubs and venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to stay calm and focused while delivering consistent, high-quality dishes.
• Genuine passion for food and delivering guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of food and daily kitchen tasks.
• Work as part of the team to ensure correct procedures and dish specifications are met.
• Support chefs to maintain quality and efficiency during service.
