Job summary

Exclusive Collection's South Lodge in Horsham seeks a Commis Chef to help create memorable dining experiences in a Michelin-starred setting. Join a team where creativity, collaboration and pride in every dish are valued, and where your growth is supported.

• Support seasonal dishes inspired by surroundings and estate produce.

Key Responsibilities

Our Commis Chef will:

• Follow recipe standards and maintain consistency in every dish
• Keep hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards at the highest level
• Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished dishes
• Adapt to catering requirements for guests, dining experiences, and hotel events
• Relay feedback from guests and team members to senior chefs
• Support seasonal dishes inspired by the natural surroundings and estate grown produce
• Assist with preparation for Michelin star level dining and nature led culinary experiences
