Job summary

The Milestone Hotel and Residences, part of The Red Carnation Hotel Collection, is seeking a Commis Chef to join our luxury kitchen. Reporting to Executive and Head Chef, you will contribute to menu preparation, maintain high hygiene standards and support the team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

This full-time role offers a 5 days on, 2 days off pattern, salary around £30,000 OTE per year, generous holiday entitlement and meals on duty, plus a range of development opportunities

We are looking for a Commis Chef. This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Executive and Head Chef. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, eager to learn, and motivated to grow within a luxury hotel kitchen setting, while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and kitchen hygiene.
