Big Mamma is a French-Italian restaurant group founded by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over the past 8 years, we have opened 27 restaurants across Europe (France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany, Belgium, and Italy). Your Mission

1. Be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team.
2. Oversee the Cold section to prepare authentic Italian dishes from scratch.
3. Follow recipes and directions from the kitchen management team.
4. Respect health & safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
5. Contribute to a positive customer experience, making their day special.
