What you’ll be doing…

As a Commis Chef, you will work alongside the Chef Manager to support kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and special offers to provide accurate information to customers and clients.
2. Ensure smooth operation of relevant equipment and report any maintenance issues following procedures.
3. Operate the till as required, following correct procedures.
4. Keep your designated area clean, well-presented, and stocked at all times.
5. Comply with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, reporting incidents as per procedures.
6. Support kitchen activities, especially when the holiday chef is on leave.
7. Assist in the daily running of the kitchen and support Front of House operations.
