Key Accountabilities
  • Deliver quality food with the best ingredients, following menu guidelines while maintaining flexibility.
  • Participate in hotel activities, training, and product awareness with a curiosity to learn.
  • Contribute to the cleanliness and maintenance of all kitchen equipment, ensuring health and safety / HACCP compliance and high-quality products.
  • Provide service in line with the Peninsula Service Principles, of which you will be trained.
General Requirements
  • Knowledge of food and ingredients, with a level of creativity.
  • Experience within a hotel or restaurant kitchen brigade is preferred.
  • Culinary certifications/qualifications or Apprenticeship are desirable.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
