What will I be doing as a Commis Chef?
- Working with a team of 33 chefs
- Participating in regular training
- Ensuring consistent, high-quality food production in line with Hilton standards
- Performing tasks efficiently
- Supporting the kitchen brigade
- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes according to company guidelines
- Maintaining cleanliness and preventing cross-contamination in all work areas
- Preparing mise-en-place for relevant menus
- Assisting other departments as necessary and maintaining good working relationships
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef
- A positive attitude and good communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- A proven ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- A passion to learn and succeed in a culinary or hospitality career
- A genuine love for food and the culinary arts
