Job summary

Marston’s plc is seeking a Commis Chef to join our pub team. You’ll prep, create and bring our pub menu to life, learning new prepping skills and owning a section of the kitchen. This is a great entry point with a clear pathway through our DNA career framework toward Sous Chef.

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Willingness to learn kitchen areas and procedures.

• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running.
• Passion to deliver great hot food to specification.

As Commis Chef: There’s plenty to get involved with whilst growing your career and developing skills that you can take home.

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP

• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen
