Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team and help prep, create and bring our pub menu to life. You’ll learn new prepping skills, work in a fast-paced kitchen, own a section of the kitchen, and contribute to delivering great, hot food to spec every time.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.

Responsibilities

• Prep, cook and finish dishes to specification.
• Assist with daily kitchen operations and cleanliness.
• Support senior chefs in menu execution and prep.
