Job summary

The Rashleigh Arms is looking for a proactive Commis Chef to join our busy kitchen team in Kingswear. You will assist with food preparation, work with locally sourced produce, and help ensure dishes meet exact specifications in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a share of tips, 30% off food and drink and 50% off overnight stays in our pubs, plus training, progression opportunities, and meal benefits for shifts over six hours.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation of food and communicating effectively with the kitchen team.

• Support the kitchen during service to help maintain pace and quality.
