Trinity Arms in Brixton is seeking a Commis Chef to join a busy pub kitchen. You will work with a friendly, hands-on team delivering quality, fresh food to a high standard in a welcoming environment.

The role offers entry-level progression, access to apprenticeship schemes, masterclasses, and per- shift meals, with weekly pay and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Commis Chef or Kitchen Porter.
• Ability to work in a busy kitchen.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Commis Chef

Welcome to the busiest pub in Brixton. If you like a faced paced, fun and friendly pub then this is the place for you.

We serve the best pints, banging burgers and are the main place in Brixton to go for a sunday roast.

Supported by a very hands on management team your shifts will fly by as evenings and weekends there are rarely any spare tables!

We are looking for an existing Commis Chef, an excellent Kitchen Porter or an individual looking for their next step to their hospitality career, who consider themselves to have a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome. As the successful Commis Chef you will:

• Be an active hands-on person with a passion to work hard as part of a team
• Have high standards and a great work ethic
• Show willingness to learn new skills; be an active team player with excellent communication skills
• Working alongside your kitchen team; you will be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to deliver top quality service
• Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to complete day to day tasks
