Arcade Battersea Power Station is recruiting a Commis Chef who is passionate about fresh, global cuisines and eager to start a culinary career in a fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and execution of dishes to a high standard.

• Learn from experienced chefs and develop technical skills in the kitchen.
• Assist with the smooth running of your section during busy service periods.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety.
• Take part in ongoing training and cross-brand development.

About The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef who is passionate about hospitality and fresh food to join our established kitchen team at Arcade Battersea Power Station (BPS). This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build their culinary career in a high-volume, multi-cuisine environment while learning from some of the industry's most talented chefs.

The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for food, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. As a Commis Chef at Arcade BPS, you'll have the opportunity to be cross‑trained across our different kitchens and brands, building a broad range of culinary skills and developing into a highly versatile chef.

As a Successful Commis Chef, You Will

• Support the preparation and execution of dishes to the highest standard, ensuring consistency and quality
• Work with fresh, high-quality ingredients across our diverse and innovative food brands
• Learn from experienced chefs while developing your technical skills and confidence in the kitchen
• Assist with the smooth running of your section during busy service periods
• Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety

• Have previous experience working in a professional kitchen, or have recently completed a culinary qualification
• Have a genuine passion for food and are excited to learn about a variety of global cuisines
