Cheltenham Chase Hotel & Spa in Gloucester's outskirts invites you to start a culinary career in a busy 4* kitchen. You will perform food preparation and basic cooking under the supervision of a Chef De Partie, learning the basics on the job while assisting in all kitchen sections.

The 4*, 122-bedroom property offers Hardy’s restaurant, Hunters bar & lounge, a garden terrace, afternoon tea, and a spa with leisure facilities; training and development opportunities are available across The QHotels

What will I do?

You will do food preparation and basic cooking under the supervision of a Chef De Partie. Quickly learn the basics on the job whilst assisting in all sections of the kitchen operation as well as continuing to find new ways to learn and develop your skills both in and outside the kitchen.

Our hotel is a 4*, 122-bedroom property and has the Hardy’s restaurant, Hunters bar & lounge and a garden terrace bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
