Job summary

BM Caterers is seeking an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our team. You will assist with prep and production under the supervision of the Head Chef, serving balanced meals and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and storeroom.

With a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and City & Guilds/NVQ kitchen experience, you will start at a role with opportunities to learn and grow, while benefiting from our supportive team and structured kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Basic Food Hygiene certificate is required.
• City & Guilds/NVQ with kitchen experience is preferred.

A good communicator, you will follow our Chef’s instructions – carrying them out with close attention to detail and a willing attitude to learn.
