Aramark UK is currently recruiting a Chef to join our team at Junior Ranks, Baker Barracks, Thorney Island, Emsworth, PO10 8DH.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team on food production management to minimize wastage, maintain food levels, and uphold food quality and brand standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
• Ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks.

Note: Reliable transport is required due to location and limited public transport options.

What We Offer:

• Full-time position with an annual salary of £24,307.12 for 35 hours/week, working 5 out of 7 days per week on a rota. Shifts are between 06:30-14:00, 11:30-19:00, and one weekend in five (07:00-19:00 on both days plus Monday). The rest of the week off.

A Day in the Life of a Station Chef:

• Report to the Head Chef and work with the team on food production management to ensure standards and minimize wastage.

• Complete shift checklists and participate in training.

• Relevant culinary qualification.
• Experience working in a kitchen.
• Food safety certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• DBS and security checks required.
