Dirty Dick's, the historic pub on Bishopsgate, is seeking a Commis Chef to join a 3-floor operation with a vibrant kitchen. The role offers a competitive hourly rate, tronc, free meals on shift, and clear progression opportunities within a fun, welcoming team.

You will work closely with the kitchen team, show passion for fresh food, and contribute to delivering top-quality service in a lively hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a commis chef or kitchen porter is desirable.
• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.

Dirty Dick's - the most infamous pub on Bishopsgate. This historical gem is looking for both full and part-time bartenders and waiters to join our already amazing team. We have 3 floors consisting of the main pub, upstairs dining room and basement speakeasy cocktail bar! What can you expect from Dirty Dick's? We are looking for an existing Commis Chef, an excellent Kitchen Porter or an individual looking for their next step to their hospitality career, who consider themselves to have a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome. As the successful Commis Chef you will:
