Job summary

Marston’s in Cardiff is hiring a Commis Chef to help prep and bring our pub menu to life. You’ll learn new prep skills, contribute to daily kitchen operations, and own a section of the kitchen while delivering hot food to spec.

The role offers a supportive career pathway through DNA with the goal of progressing to Sous Chef. Flexible and part-time hours are available, alongside benefits and a friendly, lively team in a renowned local pub group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or as an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.
