Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a motivated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll prep, create and bring our pub menu to life.

As a Commis Chef you’ll work in a fast-paced environment, support the kitchen, and have the chance to progress along our internal pathway toward Sous Chef, with real opportunities and a friendly team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen with day-to-day running and prep.
• Prepare and deliver meals to spec in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain high kitchen standards.
