Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team and help prep, create and bring our pub menu to life. You’ll learn new prepping skills, bring a meal to life for the first time, and own a section of the kitchen with guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or as a Kitchen Porter (KP).
• Be willing to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Committed to delivering great, hot food to spec every time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in delivering meals to spec.
• Support day-to-day kitchen operations within a team.
• Collaborate with the kitchen to keep service smooth during busy shifts.
