Hilton Belfast, located by the River Lagan, is seeking a dedicated Commis Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You will learn across multiple stations, work under experienced chefs, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while building your culinary career with a global hotel brand.
This 40-hour full-time role requires flexibility across early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

In this role, you will work alongside talented, experienced chefs in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will gain hands‑on experience across multiple stations—from our main restaurant and bar to large-scale banqueting and events—learning key culinary techniques and developing your career in hospitality.
We want to hear from inspired chefs who love creating amazing food from the best ingredients, have a keen eye for detail and high standards but with bags of flair and creativity.
You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop.
