Job summary

Hilton Belfast is seeking Casual Kitchen Porters to join our busy kitchen team. You will perform general cleaning, assist with pot-washing, and help maintain a clean, safe back-of-house area while supporting a high standard guest experience.

No experience? We provide full training. We offer flexible hours, permanent status, employee discounts across Hilton hotels, and rewards for referrals.

Your role

You will be a key member of our kitchen team. You will be responsible for general cleaning duties and oversee the operation of pot-washing machinery, keeping the kitchen clean and tidy, and help deliver an excellent guest experience while ensuring back-of-house areas are clean and Health & Safety guidelines are observed.

You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop.
