The QHotels Collection is seeking a motivated individual to join our Ashford kitchen team as a Chef De Partie-level support, starting with essential food preparation and cooking under supervision.

Located at Ashford International Hotel & Spa in Kent, a 4* property with Horizon restaurant and Quench bar, you’ll learn across sections, with ongoing training, and opportunities for progression in a vibrant hospitality group.

Qualifications

• A passion for food and delivering that passion on a plate to all our guests.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality.
• Good attention to detail and teamwork in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

Job Overview:

You will do food preparation and basic cooking under the supervising of a Chef DePartie. Quickly learn the basics on the job whilst assisting in all sections of the kitchen operation as well as continuing to find new ways to learn and develop your skills both in and outside the kitchen.
