Job summary

The King’s Head Inn, part of The Inn Collection Group, is seeking a Commis Chef. You’ll work closely with the team to deliver high quality dishes and uphold our standards. You’ll handle food safety, storage, labeling and ensure recipes are followed accurately.

Whether you’re experienced or studying, your passion for food will shine as you take responsibility for your section and contribute to a collaborative kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience or studying in culinary arts is welcomed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items and maintain high culinary standards.
• Manage food safety, storage, labeling, and adherence to recipes and specifications.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and keep a clean station.
