Job summary

The Scotsman Group is Scotland’s largest and most diverse hospitality group operating across more than 40 venues including bars, restaurants, hotels and more. We are seeking a Commis Chef to prepare ingredients for senior chefs, ensuring accuracy to menu specs and maintaining high-quality food standards.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role or a keen interest in pursuing a culinary career, and must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifts

The Role
