Perfect Placement UK Ltd. seeks a Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor for a franchised dealership in Avonmouth. You will handle trade and retail enquiries, identify parts for collection or dispatch, and maintain stock records while delivering excellent customer service.

The role offers a competitive £30k–£32k salary with a monthly £300 bonus and 1% over target, plus benefits and training opportunities within a reputable brand.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Parts Advisor in franchised automotive dealerships.
• Valuable experience with commercial vehicle parts.
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with electronic parts catalogues.
• Valid UK driving licence with minimal points.

Responsabilités

• Respond to trade and retail customer parts enquiries via face-to-face, email, and telephone communication.
• Accurately identify and process parts orders for collection or next-day dispatch.
• Ensure high standard of customer service throughout all interactions.
• Carry out parts stock control and inventory management.
• Supply parts to HGV technicians within the workshop efficiently.
• Cover for the Parts Delivery Driver during their absence when required.
• Maintain accurate records using electronic parts catalogue systems (Kerridge/Keyloop advantageous).
• Support general workshop operations related to parts and stock management.
