Job summary

Naue Geosynthetics Ltd in Warrington, Cheshire, is seeking a motivated commercial-minded individual to join our team in a role that blends business development, tender management and project coordination. The position involves growing our agricultural lining business, handling slurry and digestate storage markets, and supporting wider commercial activities across the UK.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline (equivalent training or experience).
• Technical or agricultural background advantageous.
• Experience in sales, business development, tender management or project coordination desirable (training can be provided).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build customer relationships.
• Good organisational skills and a structured approach to managing enquiries and projects.
• Willingness to learn, take responsibility, work with senior management and travel UK-wide.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and follow up new business opportunities within agricultural sectors (slurry and digestate storage).
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and partners.
• Provide practical and technical advice on geosynthetic lining systems.
• Manage tender opportunities, prepare pre-qualification docs, obtain supplier prices and produce quotations.
• Support wider commercial activities and identify opportunities for growth.
• Attend industry exhibitions and events to represent the company.
• Coordinate lining projects from enquiry to installation and completion.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and installation teams to deliver projects on time and to contract requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures and legislation.
