The role covers commercial contracts, technology, IP and data protection for a diverse client base, from startups to international organisations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' PQE in commercial/tech law.
• Experience across commercial contracts, technology, IP and data protection.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and technical legal skills.
• Commercial awareness with practical, solution-focused advice.
• Excellent client relationship and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on commercial contracts, technology agreements, IP and data protection.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial/tech documentation.
• Manage your own matters while supporting senior colleagues on larger projects.
• Provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice tailored to clients’ objectives.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships as a trusted adviser.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices and practice groups to ensure seamless service.
• Support business development activities and marketing initiatives.
• Develop sector expertise and identify opportunities to add value to clients.
