Responsibilities

• Advising clients on commercial contracts, technology agreements, intellectual property matters and data protection issues.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial and technology-related documentation.
• Managing your own matters while supporting senior colleagues on larger projects.
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships and contributing to business development; collaborating with offices and practice groups.
