A leading regional Legal 500 firm in Reading is seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join their office in Reading. You will advise on a wide range of commercial agreements including technology and IP matters, software development, licensing, IT and outsourcing agreements.

Candidates should have 1-3 years PQE in commercial law with experience from a well-regarded firm; exposure to the technology sector is useful.

Qualifications

• Local to the Reading area with agile working 2-3 days a week in the office.

Role

You will join the firm’s highly successful commercial and technology team advising on a wide range of commercial agreements including technology and IP agreements, software development and licensing matters and IT and outsourcing agreements.

Candidate

between 1-3 years PQE in commercial law with experience from a well regarded firm. A large sector focus in this team is in technology so exposure to this sector would be useful.

You will be local to the Reading area although the firm do offer agile working with 2 to 3 days a week in the office.
