Canonical is expanding its in-house legal team, offering a Legal Counsel role at multiple levels. You will draft and negotiate contracts, support global commercial activities, and work with internal clients and external counsel across Europe and the Americas.

Qualified lawyers with a JD and active license can expect a rigorous, fast-paced environment, with opportunities to travel 2–4 times per year and potential for a bonus or commission based on performance.

Qualificações

• Degree in law (JD or equivalent) and active license to practise law.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to provide high quality legal advice.
• Organised, efficient, rigorous work ethic with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts globally.
• Providing legal support to internal clients, including sales.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on company initiatives.
• Managing and ensuring data accuracy in the contract management system.
• Liaising with local counsel in multiple countries.
