Job summary
Axiom is seeking Fintech, Payments and Digital Assets lawyers to support clients across financial services, technology and regulated sectors. You will advise on fintech, payments, crypto, and platform offerings, draft and negotiate complex commercial and technology agreements, and collaborate with product, risk and compliance teams to drive regulatory-ready solutions.

Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer eligible to practise in the UK or equivalent with fintech, payments, digital assets, crypto, blockchain, technology, or financial services experience.
- Experience advising fintechs, payment service providers, e-money institutions, digital asset businesses, technology companies, banks or other regulated financial services organisations.
- Strong drafting, review and negotiation experience across commercial contracts, SaaS, cloud, outsourcing, partnerships, supplier arrangements, platform agreements.
Responsibilities
- Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice on fintech, payments, digital assets, and related areas.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial and technology agreements (SaaS, cloud, outsourcing, partnerships, platform agreements).
- Advise on regulatory considerations affecting fintech, payments, e-money, cryptoassets, data governance and risk-related matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external counsel to support product development, launches and regulatory change.
