Job summary

Sky UK Limited is seeking a strategic, commercially minded professional to shape long-term customer interaction strategies and lead GTM initiatives. You will work across Commercial, Finance and Trading to translate data into business cases and clear recommendations.

In a hybrid role based in Greater London, you’ll drive cross-functional delivery, communicate insights effectively, and continuously improve customer journeys and processes to deliver real business impact.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future Strategy and identify opportunities to improve how we interact with customers (Calls/Chat).
• Understand commercial impact and build business cases with Trading, Commercial and Finance teams.
• Plan and execute Go-To-Market strategies in collaboration with consumer, customer service and capability teams.
• Create clear, engaging presentations and reports to explain the 'why' behind plans.

Job description

What you’ll do:

• Shape the future Strategy:
• Contribute to the development of assisted channel strategies and help identify opportunities to develop how we interact with customers, such as contact optimisation (Calls/Chat) and our long range assisted channel strategy. This isn’t about the day-to-day; it’s about stepping back, thinking big, and helping shape mid to long-term improvements that deliver real business impact.
• Understand commercial impact and build business cases:
• Work with Trading, Commercial and Finance teams to interpret performance data, develop business cases and assess the commercial impact of key initiatives. You’ll use insight to shape clear recommendations, support better decision-making and inform future plans.
• Project Coordination:
• You’ll play a key role in bringing our strategic plans to life by planning & executing the Go-To-Market plans (GTM) for our initiatives. You’ll collaborate with teams across consumer group, customer service group and capability teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Drive clarity through strong communication:
• From presentations to reports, you’ll create clear, engaging content that helps stakeholders understand the ‘why’ behind our plans—and get behind them.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Build strong relationships with internal teams such as Commercial, Finance, and Trading and partner to support the delivery of initiatives aligned to business goals.
• Team and Continuous Improvement
• Be part of a high‑performing team that supports each other and lives Sky’s values. Proactively suggest ways to improve processes, customer journeys, and how the team works together.

How you’ll work

We've adopted a hybrid working approach to give more flexibility on where and how we work. The hybrid working expectations for this role are3 days in the office per week.
