Kenvue is currently recruiting for a:

This position is based at our High Wycombe office (hybrid working policy).

The Commercial Strategy team own all the elements of the marketing mix (price, promotion, place, proposition, and product (assortment)). Ultimate success will be measured through your ability to help shape our internal plans to deliver sales, profit, and share growth for both Kenvue and our retail partners.

You will achieve this by working collaboratively across Customer, Marketing, Category, Supply, Shopper Execution & Finance to develop winning commercial propositions and build long-term plans across a portfolio of Selfcare brands.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong commercial operator to move into a more rounded, broader and strategic role - further developing and enriching their experience by working with the wider team to really get deep under the skin of our Brands. You'll also gain significant senior leadership visibility and exposure to more sophisticated commercial decision making.

What You Will Do

  1. Own the UK Commercial Proposition for a portfolio of Selfcare Brands.
  2. Lead the Commercial Strategy of your Brands, and set the standards of execution in the UK market.
  3. Influence the UK Cross-Function Squad team to help realise the potential of planned NPD & Initiatives, and the development of key out of plan opportunities.
  4. Lead the Commercial agenda of the Annual Business Planning Cycle.

What We Are Looking For

  1. Experienced in the FMCG industry.
  2. Experience in multiple Commercial / National Accounts roles in the Consumer Products Industry. Preferably in multiple customers/channels.
  3. Excellent communicator & collaborator, specifically strong at influencing and coaching.
  4. Strong leadership & proof of delivery via others.
  5. Performance orientated, ability to adapt to change and a solution-focused approach.
  6. Ability to analyse problems.
  7. Confident IT user (especially Excel).
