Job summary

A leading international law firm is seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join its team in Reading. Job title: Commercial Solicitor

Our client is a full-service international law firm, operating from more than 60 offices across the globe, they are recognised for their knowledge and leading work across all sectors. Despite their size and scope, the firm has a very collegiate environment and invests heavily in training and development, creating a forward-thinking environment to enable its teams to deliver the best results. They are currently seeking an associate to join a managed legal service team in Reading.

This role will see you joining a specialist, agile group assisting and reporting to the principal lawyer within the commercial department, you can expect to be involved in a range of tasks, including providing clear and concise legal advice, taking client instructions, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, meeting and negotiating with opposing parties, and more.

Alongside the leading and collegiate team and quality work, this hybrid position is a great opportunity for lawyers who are seeking an entry point into the world of inhouse work (sole on-site legal advisors to a single big client) but within the familiar surroundings of a law firm.
