Une entreprise de droit à la réputation bien établie recherche un avocat en droit du travail pour rejoindre son équipe. Cette opportunité unique permet de travailler dans un environnement interne et entièrement à distance, avec des responsabilités excitantes dans la gestion de réclamations. Le candidat idéal aura une forte expérience en droit du travail, en particulier en litige devant les tribunaux et sera capable de superviser des membres juniors de l'équipe.

Qualifications

• Expert en droit du travail et en litiges.
• 2 à 5 ans d'expérience PQE.
• Expérience dans la supervision de collègues.
• Excellente expérience en droit du travail, en particulier en matière de litiges devant les tribunaux.

Responsibilities

• Gérer un volume élevé de réclamations ET dans différents domaines.
• Suppléer dans les enquêtes en droit du travail, en particulier autour des tribunaux.
• Superviser des collègues juniors et des parajuristes.
• Gérer une charge de travail représentant l'employeur dans des réclamations (sans plaidoyer).

Job Description:

An excellent opportunity to join a team of employment lawyers and paralegals supporting a well-known organisation. You will have excellent employment law experience, particularly in employment tribunal litigation. The role is fully remote and working in an in-house environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of ET claims across all areas
• You will be a point of escalation for employment law enquires particularly around tribunals
• Supervise junior colleagues and paralegals
• Handling a busy caseload representing the employer in tribunal claims (no advocacy).
• Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, particularly HR colleagues

Candidate Requirements

• Experience supervising paralegals or juniors
• Employment law and litigation expert
• 2-5 years PQE
