A leading UK law firm is seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join their celebrated team in London or Oxford. About the Role
We’re working on a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor to join a well-established and Legal 500-recognised team in either London or Oxford. This full-service firm is ranked among the top 100 in the UK and is known for its forward-thinking, client-first approach.
You will work with a diverse client base including tech start-ups, professional services companies, and national corporates, advising on a range of commercial contracts, tech/IP matters, and supporting on wider M&A deals. The role offers excellent autonomy, clear progression pathways, and regular partner contact.

The role will involve:
Drafting and advising on a broad range of commercial contracts and tech agreements.
Supporting corporate colleagues on M&A transactions.
Managing client relationships with a commercial, solutions-led approach.
Playing an active role in business development initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Be a qualified solicitor with 1-6 years’ PQE in commercial law.
Have a solid grounding in commercial contracts and/or IP, tech or data protection.
Be confident communicating with business owners, stakeholders, and in-house teams.
Enjoy working in a team that values collaboration and innovation.
